4. As a Tradesperson, you must ensure that you are legally able to tender for a Job and that you are legally able to perform the Work specified in the Job description.

Artex.co.uk is not party to any contract made between the Customer and the Tradesperson in relation to a specific Job and accordingly shall not be liable to the Tradesperson for any occurrence resulting from the introduction of the Customer to the Tradesperson including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential or inconsequential loss of any kind suffered by the Tradesperson or the Customer howsoever arising.
